Arch Impressions:
Remove model from the impression and trim.
Of
all the burs we have tried, we find the Axis-UC251GE-060, or similar, works best
for trimming the models.
After
the stone sets, excess stone can
be easily removed from the plastic base with a wet sponge without getting the
die model wet.
Section dies with your favorite saw and trim.
You can hold the base up to a bright light or window if you need to see the exact location of the die pin through the translucent plastic.
A
Mounting-Plate can be used if the case is to be plaster mounted on a
rigid articulator. This procedure will render a model that is easily removed and
reattached to the articulator. Refer to the Home Page under
section entitled "System Parts Overview" and go to "Mounting-Plates".
