After removing the opposing model from the
Opposing_Base, cut several retention grooves
into the inside walls, this is necessary because
you no longer have any internal retention.

Also, lay a piece of 1/2" Scotch Tape onto
the bottom of the Opposing_Base to cover the
six holes that were created when the retention
pins were removed.

Trim the opposing model on all four sides and
bottom. Be sure to trim off enough stone to
allow the model easy entry into the Opposing_
Base owing to its new position.

Cut some retention into both sides and ends
of the opposing model to help retain its
position in the Opposing_Base. Sticky wax
models together.

Re-attach the hinge of the
modified Opposing_Base
and the RTP Base, and
close bite.

Double check the
clearance around the
opposing model as it
enters the Opposing_
Base, there should be
no contact.
