Stalagmite® Pouring Triple Tray Impressions
(using the Pouring Jig)

Pouring
"Quadrant" Triple Tray Impressions:

Before the opposing stone sets make final adjustments to the impression by moving it
into position. Make sure the first
molar and cuspid pins (see black tips) are in the center of their
respective teeth. Once you are
satisfied with the impression's location, allow the stone to partially
set and trim away the excess.
After
the stone has set, make final adjustments to
the height of the impression by moving the Swivel Table up or down so that the tips of the
Pin-Locator pins are between 2 and 3mm above the margins.
Clean
the impression, especially the stone bleed through in the occlusal area.
Remove the Pin-Locator and replace it with the
correct RTP_Base (a medium upper right quadrant is shown here).
Insert the necessary die pins
and lower the RTP_Base into position. At this stage, the borders of the
impression may need some trimming to allow the yellow Swing-Arm "stops"
to make contact with the green Stand Extension (see red
arrow).
