Stalagmite® Pouring Triple Tray Impressions
(using the Pouring Jig)
Pouring "Arch" Triple Tray Impressions:
Pour the opposing side of the Triple Tray impression. Over-fill the impression slightly.
Pour enough stone into the Opposing_Base to support the full opposing side. There is no need to fill all of the Opposing_Base unless warranted by the size of the impression.
Set the opposing side of the impression onto the poured Opposing_Base. Adjust the impression so that the Pin-Locator pins and the teeth are in the proper relationship.
Note: Pointers with the black tips should be centered over the First Molar and Cuspid.
The tip of the
pins should be as level to the impression as possible and 2 to 3mm from
the margins of the teeth. This will result in a die thickness of between
8 and 9mm respectively.
