Attaching the "Quadrant" Opposing_Base to the Opposing Index-Plate:

The Quadrant Opposing_Base, by design, serves as either an upper, or lower, left or right. How it is used determines which way the Quadrant Opposing_Base is mounted on the Index-Plate.

The center line near the front of the Index-Plate will help to engage the male pin with the female sleeve.
