Stalagmite® Pouring Triple Tray Impressions
(using the Pouring Jig)

Setting
up the Pouring Jig to pour Triple Tray Impressions:

The Swivel Table must be level and positioned so
that the Upper and Lower Bases line up in every
direction. The best way to do this is to use two
Large Opposing Bases. Attach one to the Opposing
Index-Plate and the other to the Swing-Arm.
Using the Jack Stand Nut, raise the Swivel Table
until the two Opposing Bases almost touch.
Now you can lock the Swivel Table and secure the
Jack Stand by raising the Jack Stand Release
Handle.
Notice
that the above procedure is done without the Stand Extension in place.
Remove
the Yellow Swing-Arm, attach the
Stand Extension to the stand and re-attach
the Yellow
Swing-Arm to the Stand Extension.
The Stand Extension will compensate for the added thickness of
the Opposing_Base.
The only additional adjustment that may be required is adjusting the
height of the Swivel Table .
Larger labs will have at least one or more
Pouring Jigs set up at all times to process
Triple Tray impressions. This will save a lot
of time because you will not have to line up
the Swivel Table and add the Stand Extension
for each pour.
