Stalagmite®
Pouring Jig
(naming convention
for parts) Caution: Do not over tighten the Swivel Table Knob, it only takes about one quarter turn in the Clock-Wise (CW) direction to lock it sufficiently. One quarter to one half turn in the Counter-Clock-Wise (CCW) direction is sufficient to loosen. It takes several turns to unscrew the Swivel Table Knob all the way out. If this happens you will need to return it to us for repair. Once the cams inside move, it has to be disassembled and the Swivel Table Knob reinserted. The six Torx screws must be installed with a torque wrench to insure longevity. We can overnight you a loner Swivel Table Assembly until yours has been repaired. The whole assembly is removed by loosening the small Allen Screw on the Jack Stand just below the red Jack Stand Nut. When re-installing the Swivel Table Assembly, do not over tighten the Allen Set Screw or you will strip the plastic threads in the Jack Stand. Just screw it in until it stops. Its only function is to keep the Swivel Table Assembly from falling out if the Pouring Jig is turned up-side down as when packaging or assembling. |
