Open_Base:
Mounting-Plate is removed and the bottom is sanded with 220 grit wet/dry sandpaper laid on a smooth flat surface. Do not sand away any plastic, just sand until sandpaper barely touches the plastic (it only takes a few strokes). This procedure will relieve any pressure between the base and Mounting-Plate and make it easier to attach and remove the base.
Models are cleaned, trimmed if needed and readied for articulation.
