How
to drill accurate holes for Reversible-Pins:
This is a close up side view with the table pushed down
and drill bit exposed. The center of the index pin should be 5/32"
(.150 in.) (4 mm) from the center of the drill bit.
Here is a sectioned view of how the copper wire index pin
works. The black arrow points to the row of holes which are drilled first
in the center of each tooth. These holes will receive the glue-in die pins. The
red arrow points to the second row of holes which will
receive the plastic Reversible-Pins.
